QirosAI™ provides an AI-powered lore and governance platform ("the Platform") accessible at QirosAI.com, and the QirosAI™ Storykeeper — an app-ready, downloadable companion experience for world builders, authors, game designers, and creative storytellers.

This Privacy Policy explains what information QirosAI collects, how it is used, and your choices and rights regarding that information. By using QirosAI services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

QirosAI may collect the following categories of information:

• Account information — email address, display name, login/authentication credentials, and profile settings.
• Project & lore content — projects, characters, timelines, family trees, governance systems, notes, tags, and continuity data you create or upload.
• QirosAI Storykeeper data — farm save state, crops, weather, seasons, tool use, settings, inventory, and gameplay-lite progress.
• Uploaded assets — art, sprites, UI images, audio, music, VFX images, and related file metadata.
• Technical data — device and browser type, app version, logs, crash and error data, and approximate usage activity required to operate and improve the service.
• Preferences — theme, accessibility settings, audio settings, UI scale, and language or display preferences.

Information collected is used to:

• Provide and operate the QirosAI hosted platform.
• Save and render your lore projects, characters, timelines, family trees, and governance systems.
• Operate the QirosAI Storykeeper companion experience including farm saves, seasons, and gameplay-lite progress.
• Store and apply your preferences and settings.
• Provide QirosAI assistant guidance, continuity checks, and narrative prompts.
• Maintain continuity and project-management features.
• Improve the security, reliability, and performance of the service.
• Respond to support and contact requests.

QirosAI assistant features may process your prompts and, only when you enable journal assistance, the minimum project and journal context needed to provide narrative guidance, continuity assistance, and immersive story support.

QirosAI does not claim ownership of your submitted creative content.

Private journals, Companion sessions, and project records are not used for public AI model training by default. If third-party AI or infrastructure providers are used, they may process data only as needed to provide the service, subject to applicable provider terms and safeguards.

Uploaded art, sprites, UI elements, music, audio, VFX, lore materials, and other creative content remain owned by you or their rightful rights holder.

By uploading assets, you grant QirosAI a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, process, back up, and render those assets solely as needed to operate the Platform and Storykeeper experience.

Uploaded assets are not intentionally shared publicly unless you choose to publish or share them through a future sharing feature. Admin, owner, and private game-development manager tools are protected and not publicly accessible.

QirosAI distinguishes between public and private areas of the service:

• Public pages — marketing pages, feature explanations, download pages, privacy policy, terms of service, contact, and login/signup.
• Logged-in pages — user project tools including dashboard, characters, timelines, family trees, governance, Storykeeper farm, and assistant.
• Admin/Owner pages — private asset managers, weather managers, VFX managers, audio managers, crop catalogs, object and collision catalogs, and internal game setup tools. These are restricted to authorized administrators only.

Private user content is not visible to public visitors of the platform.

QirosAI may use cookies, local storage, or similar browser technologies for:

• Login and session management.
• Theme and preference persistence.
• Save data and platform state.
• Security and fraud prevention.
• Analytics and performance monitoring, if enabled.

We may add privacy-conscious analytics in the future and will update this policy if our practices materially change.

QirosAI may rely on third-party service providers for hosting, database management, authentication, file storage, analytics, payment processing, app distribution, crash reporting, email and contact handling, and AI processing in order to operate the service.

These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to QirosAI. QirosAI takes reasonable steps to ensure that service providers handle data with appropriate safeguards.

QirosAI does not currently process payments directly. If paid plans, subscriptions, or downloads are added in the future, payment information will be processed by a third-party payment provider (such as Stripe or a similar service), and QirosAI will update this policy as needed. QirosAI does not store raw payment card numbers.

• Account data is retained for as long as your account exists.
• Project and asset data is retained until you delete it or request account deletion.
• Backups and logs may be retained for a limited additional period for security, recovery, or legal compliance purposes.
• You may request deletion of your account and associated data from Settings or the public Account Deletion page.

Users may request deletion of their QirosAI account and associated data from within Settings while logged in or from the public Account Deletion page at /account-deletion. Some limited records may be retained where required for security, legal, billing, fraud prevention, or compliance reasons.

QirosAI uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect user information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and users are encouraged to use strong, unique passwords and to report any suspected security concerns promptly.

QirosAI Companion uses account-scoped, revocable companion tokens for cloud linking. API keys, passwords, service credentials, and administrator secrets are not stored inside downloadable HTML or frontend code.

QirosAI is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete it promptly.

Users under 18 should use QirosAI only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You may, at any time:

• Access and edit your project data, characters, timelines, and assets within the platform.
• Delete your projects, assets, and farm save data from within the platform.
• Enable or disable QirosAI journal assistance from Account settings.
• Export your journal and Companion sessions from Account settings.
• Delete your journal and Companion sessions from Account settings.
• View, disconnect, or revoke QirosAI Companion devices from Account settings.
• Request full account deletion by contacting us.
• Submit privacy questions or requests using the contact information below.
• Opt out of marketing emails, if marketing emails are ever introduced.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or to request information about how your personal data is used. QirosAI does not sell personal information to third parties.

If you have questions about your rights or wish to make a request, please contact us using the information in Section 18 below.

If you access QirosAI from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate. By using QirosAI, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to and processed in locations with data protection laws that may differ from those in your country.

If QirosAI Storykeeper is distributed through app stores such as Apple App Store or Google Play, the app listing may include additional platform-required privacy disclosures or data safety declarations. Those disclosures should be read together with this Privacy Policy.

QirosAI may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
