Terms of Service

By accessing or using QirosAI, QirosAI.com, the hosted online platform, or any QirosAI Storykeeper demo, downloadable, app-ready, mobile, desktop, or PWA experience, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

QirosAI™ provides an AI-powered lore & governance platform for interactive worldbuilding, project continuity, narrative guidance, and gameplay-lite storykeeper systems. The QirosAI ecosystem may include hosted online software, user dashboards, lore project tools, character managers, timeline tools, family tree tools, governance tools, protected asset organization, QirosAI assistant features, and QirosAI Storykeeper interactive demo and app experiences.

QirosAI Storykeeper is an app and module experience within the QirosAI ecosystem.

You may need an account to access certain features. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate account information and to notify QirosAI if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

QirosAI is not directed to children under the age of 13. You may not use QirosAI if you are under 13. During account creation, users must confirm they are at least 13 years old. Users under 18 should use QirosAI only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You retain ownership of lore, worlds, characters, timelines, family trees, governance systems, notes, uploaded assets, art, sprites, UI, audio, music, VFX, and other creative materials that you submit to QirosAI.

By uploading or entering content, you grant QirosAI a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide permission to host, store, back up, process, display, render, and transmit your content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the QirosAI service and QirosAI Storykeeper experience.

You are responsible for ensuring that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to upload and use any art, sprites, music, audio, images, UI files, VFX files, documents, or other materials in QirosAI.

Do not upload content that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other legal rights.

Certain QirosAI tools may be restricted to logged-in users, admins, or owners. Protected tools may include Asset Manager, Weather & Seasons Manager, VFX Manager, Audio Manager, Crop Catalog, Object and Collision Catalog, internal game setup tools, and trademark evidence tools. Public visitors are not granted access to private project data, uploaded assets, or internal game-development systems.

QirosAI assistant features may provide project organization, creative guidance, continuity suggestions, lore prompts, farming suggestions, and narrative assistance. QirosAI may read private journal and project records for narrative assistance only when you enable journal assistance in Account settings.

AI-assisted responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular use. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to use any suggestions provided. QirosAI never silently edits your records.

QirosAI assistant features are not legal, financial, medical, tax, or professional advice.

You agree not to:

• access or attempt to access another user's account or data;
• upload unlawful, infringing, harmful, malicious, or abusive content;
• upload viruses, malware, or code intended to damage or interfere with the service;
• scrape, reverse engineer, overload, attack, or disrupt the service;
• use QirosAI to harass, defame, exploit, or harm others;
• bypass access controls or admin/owner restrictions;
• misuse QirosAI branding, trademarks, logos, or platform content.

QirosAI currently focuses on private project tools and private creative content. If public sharing, community galleries, marketplace features, or user-visible uploads are added later, QirosAI may add moderation tools, reporting systems, removal processes, and additional community rules.

QirosAI, the QirosAI logo, platform design, software, interface, code, documentation, original internal content, and related branding are owned by their respective owner or licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of QirosAI software, branding, trademarks, logos, or internal content.

QirosAI™ and associated logos, names, and branding are trademarks or claimed marks of their owner.

Subject to these Terms, QirosAI grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service for your personal, creative, educational, or business project purposes.

QirosAI Storykeeper and QirosAI Companion may be offered as downloadable, app-ready, mobile, desktop, or PWA experiences. Downloadable versions may require updates and may be subject to additional platform, app-store, device, or operating-system terms.

QirosAI Companion works offline by default. Cloud sync is optional, uses revocable companion tokens, and can be disconnected from Account settings.

Some QirosAI features, including QirosAI Storykeeper Demo v0.1 or other early access releases, may be experimental, incomplete, or subject to change. Features may be added, removed, changed, reset, or interrupted. Save data, demo content, settings, and test features may change between releases.

QirosAI may offer free, paid, subscription, downloadable, or early access features in the future. If paid features are added, additional payment terms may apply. Payment information may be processed by third-party payment providers. QirosAI will update these Terms and the Privacy Policy as needed when paid features are introduced.

Use of QirosAI is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, stored, and protected.

QirosAI may change, suspend, update, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. QirosAI does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform or any downloadable experience.

QirosAI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, QirosAI disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free performance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QirosAI and its owner will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption arising from use of the service.

QirosAI may suspend or terminate access if a user violates these Terms, misuses the service, infringes rights, attempts unauthorized access, or creates security, legal, or operational risk.

Users may request deletion of their account through the in-app Settings page or the public Account Deletion page. Deletion requests may require identity verification. QirosAI may retain limited records where necessary for legal, security, billing, fraud prevention, or compliance reasons.

QirosAI may update these Terms from time to time. When material changes are made, the "Last updated" date will be revised. Continued use of QirosAI after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
